Client was using a diary book to put in his appointments,

and then had to issue invoices on a separate application for all drives he done for the customer in a month. Having to flick through all 30-31 days of the calendar pages and note that Customer A drive, then repeat this again for the next customer

and then had to check the bank account to check if the customer missed payments, paid, or have anything outstanding

The client also had to process alot of credit card payments on his merchant machine at the end of the month for his customers that gave him their credit card details. He had to enter so many credit card transactions on his merchant machine
We found 3 softwares that integrate with each other.

A calendar app that can track customer appointments, their pickup & drop-off locations, track tolls included, and produce a single invoice for all drives of a single customer in a month and send invoice to the customer

The second app retrieved the invoices from the calendar app and checked the bank account to see any EFT payments for outstanding invoices

The 3rd app was an online credit card processing system that effectively auto direct debit his customers when sales invoices are ready.
Butcher & Farm business

Client pays around 20 suppliers a week and had to pay around 36 bills around $20k-$50k a week. This took several days to process

Further, receiving 36 bills per week x 52 weeks is a lot of paper filing to do
We used the accounting software to teach the client how to process all those bills in less than 30 minutes + store them on the cloud, thus going paperless
Restaurant

Client had over 30 staff and had trouble doing their wage book, timesheets, etc. It took the owner over 2 days to complete the payroll each week

Staff also had too many different wage rates, leave entitlements, hours, taxes, reimbursement, etc.
We used 2 applications to help the owner process her payroll in under 30 minutes + installed a finger scan to track when staff clock in and off at work.
