Limo driver
| Client was using a diary book to put in his appointments, and then had to issue invoices on a separate application for all drives he done for the customer in a month. Having to flick through all 30-31 days of the calendar pages and note that Customer A drive, then repeat this again for the next customer and then had to check the bank account to check if the customer missed payments, paid, or have anything outstanding The client also had to process alot of credit card payments on his merchant machine at the end of the month for his customers that gave him their credit card details.
