  • sometime hanging files in the NOA drawer have received NOA, but get left there without putting back to client drawer due to
    • error on tax return lodgement
    • error in staff filling
    • some of them for 2 years ago and yet still there in noa drawer


procedure

  1. chris print excel
  2. phong to take out entire noa drawer (refund) and put in box to organise
  3. comoare excel vs. box
  4. situation
    1. Name on excell + hanging file in box =tick  on excel + put in another box to return to NOA drawer
    2. Name not om excel (list) +hanging file in the box = keep them a side to investigate why they are in the box. (see noa error)
    3. Name on excel + No hanging files = hanging file lost, write for Chris to find
