When you locate the docusign document email, merely sharing to us won't work.
It will just look like this in the email:
- Subject: Review and sign documents on Docusign | Docusign
- notice how
- there is no paper clip attachment icon
- there is only a link, which is expired
What you should do
When you download it then send it and it looks like this where:
- there is no subject such as REVIEW AND SIGN appearing
- and there is clearly an attachment shown
You did it right!
