Confidential documents
these include
- identification docs - licence, passport, medicare,
- ATO docs containing your TFN - NOA, ATO correspondence, ATO payment slips, etc.
These must be sent in a particular secure manner:

Mobile SMS/MMS (via cellular network / telephone tower)

Mobile internet messages
| These are secure and you can always UNSEND the messages or DELETE them from both ends. To ensure this works properly, you need to do this LIVE TIME with us. Don't just send us your confidential email whenever you want and wait for us to reply. We BOTH have to be active to retrieve what we need and unsend in that small space of time. You also have to ensure you select DELETE FOR EVERYONE - and not delete just for myself. |
| Zip file password protect | Secure. Drawbacks are

| Dropbox folder share | We send you a dropbox link for you to upload files & its permanently accessible to you when you login to dropbox. Very secure. Drawbacks:

| Drobpox file request | We send you a dropbox link for you to upload files. Its a one off-link. Drawbacks:

Other cloud
| We prefer you don't send us a cloud link from your end. Enquiries@ttran.com.au and admin@ttran.com.au is just for emailing and not meant to be used to make accounts on other softwares. It is safer if we send our secure cloud link from our end to you. Hence refer to dropbox above. If you still insist of sending docs for onedrive/googledrive etc. then you will have to send it to chris@ttran.com.au then we will upload it to our servers. Afterwards, you need to delete the link |
