• one tax ready gst branch 002, 
• the other not tax ready, gst branch 001 this is a duplicate. 

Unsure how the problem came about

solution

change the Reckon book to 001, and lodge 0 like below. afterwards, change book back to 002.

Final result for Lien T BUI is as follows. The 0.00 one is gst branch 001
