Problem:

EOFY didn't work - Chris suggested to Rosie to change the branch number in the book since
- ato showed 002
- rekcon showed 001
- this advice was wrong as the Reckon setting of a file the branch number is irrelevant
- as a result, this created a new gov connect
The correct solution was to complete the stp stage 2 registration
