You must not have already received assistance for the damage you claim
- p) not have received or be entitled to receive, assistance under the Special Disaster Assistance -primary producer grant, or other natural disaster primary producer, small business or not for profit grant, and
- q) not have received or be entitled to receive, a payment under a policy of insurance for the costs being claimed.
