Some common error in Reckon while you tried to submit STP. 


  1. You are trying to send STP data to GovConnect. However, when click on button "Send to GovConnect STP" this error pop up:
  • Solution:
    • This error occur when there is some mistake in set up file process.
    • Please check:
      • Book setting: legal name, company name, ABN, etc... all information must be entered.
      • Legal address: 
        • No international address - Must be National 
        • State must select from the drop-down box, cannot type.
      • Employee information:
        • No special characters in name.
        • TFN must be entered 
        • Phone number cannot have +61.
        • Postal address: 
          • State need to select from drop-down box.
          • Cannot put Sub, State in address row. 
      • Payroll settings (COG wheel > Settings > Payroll settings > General)
        • First and last name is entered
        • Title is entered
        • Phone number is has no special characters such as "+61". If there is a
          mobile number, separate it so the first box has 2 digits and the second
          box has 8 digits.
