The app is called BUSINESS CONNECT
- Get the app installed on the device + get chris to give you a log in
- get a headphone and connect to the device.
- ensure the device is connected to the internet (strong wifi required)
- Once you are log in the app:
- click your profile icon (top-left corner) > select CALL SETTINGS > select DIALLING SERVICE > select INTERNET CAL (VOIP)
- back to the main menu, in the top-centre) select the word BUSINESS CONNECT
> a drop down menu will appear and select IPHONE CONTACTS
- test call your own mobile to see if the device is giving a stable connection + voice/sounds are clear
