The app is called BUSINESS CONNECT

  1. Get the app installed on the device + get chris to give you a log in
  2. get a headphone and connect to the device.
  3. ensure the device is connected to the internet (strong wifi required)
  4. Once you are log in the app:
    1. click your profile icon (top-left corner) > select CALL SETTINGS > select DIALLING SERVICE > select INTERNET CAL (VOIP)
    2. back to the main menu, in the top-centre) select the word BUSINESS CONNECT Image result for down triangle > a drop down menu will appear and select IPHONE CONTACTS
  5. test call your own mobile to see if the device is giving a stable connection + voice/sounds are clear
