Possible explanations as to why you cannot reach us are:

  • You're an overseas scammer trying to get our credit card details. In which case, we've blocked your number forever :)
  • You've called us during lunch (12pm-1pm)
  • You've called us outside office hours (office hours are at 9am to 12pm & 1pm to 5pm)
  • If you are using a smartphone, ensure you ARE NOT calling us via facebook, viber, whatsapp, wechat, etc.


Other than that, we have an outstanding modern telephone/telephony system which will redirect all calls to our mobiles should there be an outage.


Unless your number is set to private, all incoming calls will document your number and whether your call was answered. Thus, we will know if we missed your call and we will get back to you.


Furthermore, we check our voicemails on a constant basis. We will return your call if you leave us your name and number.
